This agreement shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of India. User access to & use of the Site is subject to all applicable laws.

Jurisdiction

In respect of all matters/disputes arising out of, in connection with or in relation to this agreement, The jurisdiction of all disputes will be Gwalior Madhya Pradesh.

Publication

The journalist/News Provider him self will be responsible for such content published in Primenews21.com, Prime news21.com or its owner, printer, publisher, editor will not have any responsibility. Jurisdiction of all disputes elsewhere will be Madhya Pradesh.

The Website is disputes to be published from/at Gwalior, India (irrespective of where it is accessed from).

Any matter, dispute, resolution on the presents are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Gwalior Court only.
